Ameloblastic fibro-odontoma (AFO) represents a rare mixed odontogenic tumor, with reported prevalence ranging from 0% to 3.4% within odontogenic tumors across various regions. Typically, it manifests during the first and second decades of life, though occurrences in older age groups have also been documented
