Presentation

Morning stiffness of lower back and hips with raised inflammatory markers.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male
mri

STIR hyperintense signal intensities of disco-vertebral units are noted at T6-T7 and T7-T8 levels.

Similar STIR hyperintense signals of articular ends of both SI joints are noted.

Both hip joints show moderate joint effusion.
