Tibia tunnel cysts inclined with ACL graft tear
PCL buckling
Linear intrasubstance abnormal increased fluid signal along with medial meniscus body and posterior horn due to grade II horizontal tear.

Complete disruption of the ACL graft and tibia tunnel cyst formation.
