Presentation

The patient Accidentally twisted his left foot when he alighted his vehicle early this morning on examination: tenderness, swelling at the lateral aspect of left ankle and foot, no open wound.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male
  • X-ray shows fracture at the anterior process of the left calcaneus bone. 
  • Soft tissue swelling is noted.
