Active contrast extravasation on arterial phase is visible from the infra-renal abdominal aorta, anteriorly as a small bulge/beak, which fills the duodenum.
Significant atheromatous disease of the aorta is also seen.
Case Discussion
This is a classical case of aorto-enteric fistula with active bleeding.
