A tubular cyst like lesion with fine marginal calcifications is present at the right lower quadrant, adhered to the medial aspect of the cecum, suggestive for appendiceal mucocele. No surrounding fat stranding or inflammatory findings could be noted.
The uterus is not seen at the anatomical location due to prior resection.
Case Discussion
A blind ended cystic lesion in the right lower quadrant, adherent to the base of the cecum without surrounding fat stranding, is suggestive of appendiceal mucocele.
