A partially circumscribed, tubular-shaped, fluid-density mass lesion involving the retrocecal region. No CT-detectable invasion into adjacent structures was seen. The appendix is not visualized separately.
The rest of the visualized abdominal viscera appear unremarkable.
Case Discussion
CT features are tubular cystic mass lesion involving retrocecal region, most likely suggestive of appendiceal mucocoele as described.
