Appendicolith

A hyperdense focus of about 6.0 mm is seen in the lumen of the vermiform appendix (best visible on coronal and sagittal views), however luminal diameter is within normal limits.
No evidence of inflammation or free fluid is seen.
Case Discussion
The patient has presented with non-specific abdominal pain.
No gross pathology was detected, except small appendicolith without evidence of appendicitis.
