Massive dilation and fecalization of the large bowel and distal small bowel, with a transition point at the splenic flexure soft tissue mass with apple-core configuration. Low attenuation mass in the caudate lobe.
Case Discussion
Late presentation of obstructive "apple-core" adenocarcinoma of the splenic flexure, which has resulted in substantial dilation and fecalization of the large bowel and distal small bowel. There is a single lesion in the caudate lobe that is suspicious for metastasis.
