Presentation

Headache.

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Male

Bilateral extra-axial middle cranial fossa cysts following the CSF signal in all pulse sequences with free diffusion and without evidence of soft tissue component. The right-sided cyst is relatively larger. They exert mass effect over the temporal lobes.
