- marked cardiomegaly
- large atrial septal defect
- significantly dilated right atrium, right ventricle, pulmonary trunk and right and left pulmonary arteries
- enlarged pulmonary vessels
- reflux of contrast material to the inferior vena cava and hepatic veins
- air space consolidation in right lung lower lobe

Untreated atrial septal defect (ASD) can lead to pulmonary arterial hypertension and Eisenmenger syndrome like in this case.
