The study shows an inhomogeneous large extra-axial mass adjacent to the right frontal-parietal lobe. The FFE sequence demonstrates some intralesional microhemorrhages.

There is a low degree of distortion of underlying sulci and grey matter.

Post-contrast T1W images show a significant enhancement of the lesion.

Another rounded-shape enhancing, extra-axial, mass at the right medial temporal lobe noted.

Case Discussion

The findings are in suspicion with an atypical meningioma, mainly due to the extra-axial origin and the mass effect without a significant intra-axial infiltration, and also for the presence of a second mass with typical imaging characteristics of a benign meningioma.
