Presentation

Incidental findings without any urogenital active complain during work up for metastasis.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female
ct

Selected images through the pelvis is showing a well-defined, non-enhancing lesion of about 9.0 x 12.0 mm is noted in the postero-lateral wall of the lower vagina/vulva on the right side most likely suggestive of a Bartholin gland cyst.

A dominant follicle is seen on the right side as well.

The rest of the visualized pelvic organs are within normal limits.

Case Discussion

The patient was a known case of thyroid gland carcinoma, and CT was done for metastatic workup, which showed a lesion with a typical location in keeping with a Bartholin gland cyst.
