Decompensated heart failure RR- 36 and struggling to breath in resus room.

Patient Data

Age: 90 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Bilateral perihilar air space change in a bat wing configuration. Small bilateral pleural effusions.

Appearances consistent with pulmonary edema
