Berry aneurysm of the terminal internal carotid artery

- 8 x 6 x 6 mm saccular aneurysm medially in the C5 segment of the right internal carotid artery. Note that the neck of the aneursymal sac is relatively wide, but still significantly narrower than the aneurysmal sac itself - an important distinction compared to blood blister-like aneurysms.
- Subtle 2 mm aneurysm of the C7 segment of the left ICA.
