Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
mri

Bifid biceps tendon is seen as an incidental finding.

Full thickness partial width tear of supraspinatous tendon associated with subacromial-subdeltoid bursitis.

There is also abnormal intrasubstance increased signal along the course of subscapularis tendon representing tendinosis.

Mild capsular hypertrophy is seen along the acromioclavicular joint. Acromion type II noted.
