Provided 3D volume rendered (rotated) images are showing bilateral cervical ribs without fusion with the first ribs on both sides.

Case Discussion

Accessory ribs which are arising from the seventh cervical vertebrae are one of the causes of thoracic outlet syndrome and symptoms depend on the structures that compress on them.
