Prior renal stone disease.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
ct

Bilateral staghorn calculi extending into several renal calyces and ureteropelvic junctions with mild bilateral calyceal dilatation.

Hypodense renal cortical cyst along with the left kidney lower pole.

The remainder of the upper abdomen is unremarkable.
