Bilateral subacute subdural hematoma

Bilateral mildly hyperdense subdural hematoma. Right side measuring 15mm and left side measuring 11mm in maximum depth. Grey-white matter differentiation is preserved. Mass effect causing effacement of both lateral ventricles and the third ventricle. Crowding of the foramen magnum and extension of the cerebellar tonsils 5mm beyond the foramen.

This case illustrates a nontraumatic bilateral subdural hematoma on non-contrast CT head.
