A large, avascular, solid lesion arising from the posterior margin of the bladder is consistent with the known bladder malignancy. Urine within the bladder demonstrates low-level internal echoes consistent with hematuria. No focal clot was demonstrated. Incomplete bladder emptying with a pre-void volume of 388 mL and a post-void residual of 265 mL.
