Presentation

Recurrent right anterior shoulder dislocations.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
mri

Detached anteroinferior aspect of the glenoid labrum and anterior glenoid rim in keeping with a bony Bankart lesion.

Localized posterolateral humeral head depression in keeping with a Hill Sachs defect

Reduced acromiohumeral space with thickened coracoacromial ligament indenting the supraspinatus tendon which appears thickened with increased intratendinous signal.
