Presentation
Recurrent right anterior shoulder dislocations.
Patient Data
Detached anteroinferior aspect of the glenoid labrum and anterior glenoid rim in keeping with a bony Bankart lesion.
Localized posterolateral humeral head depression in keeping with a Hill Sachs defect
Reduced acromiohumeral space with thickened coracoacromial ligament indenting the supraspinatus tendon which appears thickened with increased intratendinous signal.
Case Discussion
MRI features of a bony Bankart lesion with associated Hill-Sachs defect in a patient with recurrent anterior shoulder dislocation.
Supraspinatus tendinopathy in a background of subacromial impingement.
