The distal duodenum, duodenojejunal flexure, and jejunoileal loops are on the right side of the spine.
The large bowel loops are on the left side of the spine.
The liver has been displaced inferiorly.
Hypodense lesion without enhancement measuring about 15 x 20 mm in the liver III segment suggestive of a cyst.
Case Discussion
The recent patient imaging findings were compatible with malrotation No evidence of volvulus on the abdominopelvic CT scan and clinically as well.
