Slipped down on right forearm.

Patient Data

Age: 5 years
Gender: Female

On presentation

x-ray

Transverse greenstick fracture of mid-shaft radius with mild angulation and bowing of ulna, seen on frontal view.

After one month

x-ray

The patient was managed with treatment in cast. The transverse mid-shaft radial greenstick fracture with dorsal angulation is visible, and the bowing of the ulna is seen on the lateral view.

Next week after cast removal

x-ray

Bowing of ulna.

Dorsal angulation of radius with callus formation at the fracture site.
