Presentation
Recently noticed left breast lump. Pathologically proven left breast cancer. The patient was referred for a metastatic workup.
Patient Data
Irregular left breast retro-areolar mass associated with nipple retraction and overlying skin thickening
Multiple small pulmonary nodules are scattered in the parenchyma of both lungs.
Multiple sclerotic bony lesions scattered at D4, D8 & D12 vertebral bodies.
Destructive osteolytic bony lesion at the manubrium with small extraosseous intrathoracic soft tissue component.
Hyperdense large gall stone.
Case Discussion
Pathologically proven left breast cancer with multiple pulmonary nodules and mixed lytic and sclerotic bony lesions, mostly metastatic deposits.
