Presentation

Past history of carcinoma of the breast. Headaches.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

Multiple abnormal signals intra-axial, mostly ring-enhancing mass lesions are seen in cerebral hemispheres and the pons.

Right frontal large lytic bone lesions with enhancing soft tissue component. The adjacent dura is thickened and enhanced.
