Right breast circumscribed parallel mass with mixed echogenicity and posterior acoustic enhancement, highly suggestive of fibroadenolipoma. No calcification or vascularity was demonstrable.

Typical features of breast hamartoma(or fibroadenolipoma) shows mixed echogenicity with benign sonographic features and 'breast within breast' appearance.
