An iso-dense mass-like density with irregular margins and mild surrounding parenchymal distortion is noted in the central lateral part of the left breast, which is suspicious. (BI-RADS 4)
In addition, an intra-mammary lymph node is noted in the upper outer quadrant of the right breast known as a lobulated margin and fatty hilum. (BI-RADS 2)
Case Discussion
The patient underwent a targeted ultrasonography and ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy, and histopathology evaluation confirmed an invasive breast carcinoma with no special type.
