A hyperdense irregular mass with spiculated margins and fine internal calcification foci is noted in the upper outer quadrant of the right breast that causes mild surrounding parenchymal distortion and skin retraction (BI-RADS 5)
Case Discussion
The patient underwent an ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy and then partial mastectomy and axillary lymph node dissection. The histopathology and IHC evaluations confirmed an invasive breast carcinoma of no special type.
