Increasing signal intensity on T2 fat sat sequence and T1 C+ enhancement located around the tendon sheath of the right superior oblique muscle, sparing its body.
Other oculomotor muscles are normal.
Brain parenchyma is unremarkable (apart from a pineal cyst).
Case Discussion
This is a typical case of Brown syndrome. The patient recovered after a prescription of steroids. No etiology was found after a complete investigation.
