Annotated MR images show bucket handles tear of medial meniscus, with positive double PCL sign, double delta sign. There is a truncated small size of the medial meniscus with an intercondylar displacement of the medial fragment.
There is an associated mild joint effusion.

A bucket-handle meniscal tear is a type of displaced vertical meniscal tear where the inner part is displaced centrally. It usually involves the medial meniscus of the knee joint.
