CT features of splenomegaly and lymphadenopathy at multiple intra-and retroperitoneal sites, pathologically proven as Burkitt lymphoma.
Burkitt lymphoma is considered the most common type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma in childhood (40%). It is considered endemic in parts of Africa (rates are up to 50 times higher than in the USA).
