Presentation

Cough.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

Chest radiographs

x-ray

Eggshell calcification in the anterior mediastinum. Cardiomediastinal contours are otherwise normal. Right apical scaring and subtle bronchiectasis.

Case Discussion

The eggshell calcified mass is stable compared to x-ray from 5 years ago and the patient has documented history of treated mediastinal lymphoma
