Single calcified pleural plaque on the right hemi-diaphragm.
Lungs clear.
Heart size normal.

Incidental finding of a calcified pleural plaque.
This is nearly always related to asbestos exposure, although focal pleural calcification can occur in other conditions such as post thoracic surgery, empyema and trauma.
