Left-sided calyceal diverticulum seen at the anterior mid pole, measures 29x17 mm, no calculi or layered dependent milk of calcium seen within.
Case Discussion
They may be congenital or acquired. The majority of cases are asymptomatic and discovered incidentally on imaging or they can present with hematuria, calculi, flank pain.
