Dilated left superior ophthalmic vein and dilated cavernous sinus with flow void visible in Time of Flight MRA images.
There is high-flow communication between the intracavernous portion of the left internal carotid artery and the cavernous sinus, establishing the diagnosis of a direct caroticocavernous fistula.
