Well-defined soft tissue mass of the left upper cervical region splaying the internal and external carotid arteries (lyre sign). The ICA is displaced posterolaterally and the ECA anteromedially. It appears isodense to muscles on non-enhanced images with a vivid enhancement on postcontrast images. No cervical lymphadenopathy.
