Large free-floating thrombus in the left internal carotid artery with resultant more than 60% occlusion of its lumen.
Case Discussion
Free floating thrombus in the internal carotid artery is very rare in young adults. Brain CT images demonstrated ischemic changes in left cerebral hemisphere (images not available for upload).
