Cerebral cavernous venous malformation (Zabramski type II)

Small, about 4 mm left pontine lesion centrally T2 hypointense, with a thin hyperintense rim. Marked SWI blooming, and no pathological contrast enhancement. Findings are in line with a Zabramski type II cavernous malformation.
Other findings: small right nasopharyngeal Tornwaldt cyst and thickened mucosa of the right maxillary sinus.
