Right temporal lobe cortical and subcortical abnormal signals (high on T1/T2 ) corresponds to an area of subacute hemorrhagic infarct in the background of the right sigmoid sinus loss of signal void(best seen on coronal T2) due to venous thrombosis.
Case Discussion
Regarding the imaging findings extensive cerebral sinus thrombosis involving the right sigmoid and transverse sinuses, resulting in venous hemorrhagic infarct of the right temporal lobe.
