4 weeks postpartum. Headache.

Patient Data

Age: 30
Gender: Female

Hyperdense appearance of the cortical veins, superior sagittal sinus and the right transverse sinus in keeping with thrombus. No hemorrhage or acute infarction.

CT venogram shows extensive filling defects the cortical veins, superior sagittal sinus, right transverse and right sigmoid sinus into the right internal jugular vein.
