A substantial hypodense lesion is observed on the right submandibular region, indicative of an abscess, with measurements of 3.1 x 5.1 x 10.4 cm in its anteroposterior, transverse, and cephalocaudal dimensions, respectively. This lesion extends into the right portion of the hypopharynx and larynx, visualized up to the level of the retroclavicular region, involving both the retroclavicular and anterior cervical regions. The described findings have resulted in a slight displacement of the midline structures to the left. The tongue and floor of the mouth appear normal, with no observable lesions.

Case Discussion

Findings suggestive of extensive right cervical abscess, extending from submandibular to retroclavicular region.
