Frontal chest radiograph shows right sided cervical rib.
Lungs and pleural spaces are clear.
Normal cardiomediastinum.
Case Discussion
An accessory right cervical rib usually arises from the C7 vertebrae with a 0.5 % prevalence in the population. They are often unilateral with a female predominance. They can sometimes cause thoracic outlet syndromes.
