Rather symmetrical bilateral expansile multilocular cystic lesions implicate the mandibular ramus, angle and to a lesser extent the mandibular body.

They show soap bubble appearance.

They are seen splaying the related muscles and causing soft tissue contour bulge.

Associated scalloping of the cortical outline is seen with areas of bony rarefaction. Yet no sizable enhancing extra-osseous soft tissue components.

Well co-adapted both temporomandibular joints.

Case Discussion

Radiographic features consist of lucent expanded regions within the mandible, with soap-bubble appearances. As the lesion ages, it often becomes sclerotic and may reduce in size.
