In these frontal and lateral views we can observe colon interposition between the liver and the right hemidiaphragm, characteristic of Chilaiditi sign.
Case Discussion
This is a classical case of Chilaiditi sign, it might be confused with pneumoperitoneum, the presence of haustra is key for the differential diagnosis.
