Choledochal cyst - type I

Cystic structure measuring about 5.4 x 5.4 x 7.5 cm seen in the expected path of the CBD, extending from the porta hepatis above to the pancreatic head region below, communicating superiorly with the moderately dilated intrahepatic biliary tree; findings are highly suggestive of choledochal cyst type I causing moderate intrahepatic biliary dilatation.
The gallbladder is average in size with a few incomplete luminal septa.
