Presentation

Recurrent abdominal pain

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Male
mri

Large diverticulum along mid-CBD, measuring approximately 33 x 42 x 35 mm. Multiple tiny calculi are seen in its dependent part. Suspicious tiny calculi are seen in distal CBD. Proximal of CBD/CHD are dilated, measuring approximately 12 mm in maximum diameter.

No obvious intrahepatic biliary radical dilatation is seen in the present scan.

Cystic duct insertion is not well visualized.

The gallbladder is distended with no obvious calculi, wall thickening, or pericholecystic edema.

MPD is normal in the course, caliber, and outlines with no obvious congenital anatomic variants.
