Chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis

Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Pain in in left shoulder region for 4 years.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

There is an expansile lesion with cortical irregularity involving almost all parts of the left clavicle with relatively sparing of the distal part. Involucrum is seen.

Rest of the visualized bones and soft tissues are within normal limits.

Case Discussion

Imaging features and clinical presentation of the patient are more in favor of chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis as detailed.
