Pain and bleeding at the right index since one hour after a crushing injury inside the room door

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male
  • comminuted fracture in the distal phalanx of the right index finger. 
  • no dislocation is seen. 
  • no lytic or sclerotic lesion is seen
  • no bony erosion is seen
