Newborn term baby. Tachycardia, low saturations and respiratory acidosis.

Gender: Female
x-ray

Massive left sided diaphragmatic hernia containing bowel occupying the whole of the left thoracic cavity causing mediastinal shift.

NG tube tip in stomach, but course of tube displaced by the hernia.
