Prominent main pulmonary artery (32 mm diameter) and bilateral pleural effusion with significant reflux of contrast into the IVC - signs reflecting pulmonary hypertension
Presence of significant pericardial calcification along the anterior and posteroinferior surface of the pericardium
Case Discussion
CT features are suggestive of constrictive pericarditis. In this case, the patient was not complaining of chest pain, the presentation was for shortness of breath which is the result of bilateral pleural effusions as a complication of pulmonary hypertension
